Before we begin, please be reminded that property bookings on Expedia TAAP are instantly confirmed. There is no need to re-confirm the reservation with Agent Support or the property.
That said, we know that you may want to contact the property to ask questions, such what times is the pool open or to follow up on a special request you made.
Note: Any requests which will impact the financials on a booking, such as a room upgrade or a change in check-in/check-out dates, should be managed via the Servicing a booking options or Agent Support.
Here's how to use our chat interface to quickly contact a property:

Go to “Trips”

Select the property you want to contact

Click "Message Hotel"
This will open a new tab where you can send a message to the property to start a conversation. Easy!

Or you can call the property
If you prefer to call the property, you can click “More help” to quickly jump to the bottom of the page where their phone number is located.
