Do you have multiple agents at your agency? If so, you can invite them to create their own agent profile within your travel agency account.
Here are some of the benefits:
- Save time by having an instant view of which agent made which bookings.
- Increase team efficiency, since each agent will be able to store up to 5 of their preferred credit cards to make bookings faster. You can learn more about that here.
- Ensure only active agents have access to your Expedia TAAP account.
The best part is that it’s super-simple to do. It takes less time than making a coffee. Just follow these three steps below:

Go to the Manage Agents page
Select “Manage Agents” from the TAAP Menu dropdown.

Open your unique invitation link
Click the yellow “Add Agents” button. This will open your unique invitation link which will make adding agents to your Expedia TAAP account super-simple.

Invite your agents
Copy your unique invitation link and send it to the agents in your organization via your email platform. This link will prompt your agents to create an Expedia TAAP login and can be used again and again as you continue to add more agents to your account. Please note that this unique link is the only way for agents to be added to your agency.
