Important: this article is only applicable to Travel Agency Managers.
As a Travel Agency Manager, you can review which agents join your agency and ensure only your active agents have access to your Expedia TAAP account.
To begin, you need to have first invited your agents to create an individual profile within your Expedia TAAP account. You can learn how to do that here.
Here’s how to manage an existing agent profile:
Go to Manage Agents
Select “Manage Agents” from the TAAP Menu dropdown.
Suspend or reactivate the agent
To suspend or reactivate an agent profile, deselect or select the checkbox next to their name. The update should take effect immediately. Suspended agents won't be able to access their Expedia TAAP profile.
You can also manage the details of any agent profile within your agency account. Selecting the “Details” button will open the agent’s profile (as shown in the next step).
Update the agent's profile
To update the profile click "Edit Information" and update the available fields. Then click "Save.”
